Count On Tools, Inc. is a registered Type 7 FFL Manufacturer with a Class 2 SOT - offering sub-contracting services to a variety of firearms and NFA companies. The Federal Firearms License Class 07 is a Title 1 manufacturer of firearms, ammunition and ammunition components other than NFA, Destructive Devices and Armor Piercing ammunition. The Class 2 SOT allows the manufacturing of NFA devices. NOTICE: Count On Tools, Inc. does not sell or modify any firearms, munitions or other firearm components. We are only an independent sub-contractor providing manufacturing services to other companies.If your company is looking to expand your production capabilities without the extra expense of additional machinery, please give us a call. We offer many types of manufacturing services from prototype parts to full production runs. We also offer in-house heat treating capabilities according to Mill-spec requirements and maintain working relationships with registered parts finishing vendors for anodizing, QPQ (salt bath nitriding), DLC, phosphate, and other firearms coatings.
ITAR
Count On Tools, Inc. is also ITAR registered in order to provide manufacturing services in compliance with U.S. Military requirements. All manufacturers, exporters, and brokers of defense articles, related technical data, and defense services - as defined on the United States Munitions List - are required to register with the Directorate of Defense Trace Controls (DDTC). Registration is primarily a means to provide the U.S. Government with necessary information on who is involved in certain manufacturing, exporting and broker activities. Registration does not confer any export rights or privileges.Count On Tools, Inc. is also registered Commercial and Government Entity - CAGE # 5QL65.
