Material & Finishes:

At Count On Tools, we work with many different types of materials from the ordinary to the most exotic. The most common material in our job shop is 316 stainless steel or alumminum, but on a daily basis you'll find us running brass, tellurium copper, cold rolled steel, 303/304 stainless, 17-4 stainless, plastics, and even some nickel alloys such as Inconel.

Production Operations:

Count On Tools can fabricate just about any part that requires precision CNC machining and milling, CNC lathe work or CNC screw machine work, to name a few. The above materials list is just the most common materials that we use on a weekly basis. We maintain relationships with industry leading material suppliers and material development professionals in order to deliver our customers the best products and services.

Finishes:

The use of outside services allows Count On Tools to broaden our range of services while still providing quality products to the customer. Whether operations are completed in-house or by one of our alliance partners, we completely take responsibility for the quality and delivery of your finished parts.

Count On Tools has long-standing relationships and alliances with local specialists providing heat-treating, grinding, honing, plating, etching, anodizing, electro-polishing, passivating and a host of other services.
