Free Nozzle Promotion - Official Rules and Regulations

  1. ELIGIBILITY: Giveaway is offered only to legal residents of the 50 United States at least 18 years old at time of entry. Employees of Count On Tools, Inc. ("Sponsor"), or affiliates and subsidiary companies, their advertising and promotional agencies and each of their immediate family members or members of the same households of such employees and directors are not eligible. International residents may be approved under the discretion of a Count On Tools employee. By entering you agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor or its designee, which are final and binding in all respects.

  2. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD: Promotional period begins on 03/19/2009 at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET), and ends on 12/31/2010 at 11:59:59 p.m. (ET) ("Promotional Period").

  3. INFORMATION: By participating, you hereby acknowledge and agree to receive e-mail from Sponsor, but can opt out of receiving future email by following the instructions contained in any such email, or otherwise notifying the sending entity. The information collected by Count On Tools, Inc. is used to provide the services for which Count On Tools, Inc. member merchants have entered into a contract, namely the on-line confirmation of payments via the Internet. Count On Tools, Inc. does not sell, rent or lease its customer and mailing lists to third parties. In addition to the financial institutions and merchants with Count On Tools, Inc. accounts, Count On Tools, Inc. may share data with certain trusted partners in the context of technical partnerships (sending of email or postal mail, statistical analyses, etc.). These third parties are forbidden to use your personal information for any purpose other than the provision of these services to Count On Tools, Inc., and are obliged to keep your information confidential. Count On Tools, Inc. undertakes to take all reasonable steps to protect any personal or sensitive information collected or processed by us. Count On Tools, Inc. implements, amongst others, the following measures: protection of its servers by firewalls, strict password control of database access and encryption of sensitive data. This list is not exhaustive.

  4. TO ENTER: To register for the giveaway, access the Count On Tools SMT Machine Parts home page at www.cotinc.com and follow the registration procedures stated. Any other attempt at Internet, email, or postal registration is void unless directed by a Count On Tools associate. All entries must be qualified by a representative of Count On Tools, Inc. Upon qualification approval, one sample nozzle, models vary, and printed literature will be sent to the mailing address supplied by the customer during the sign up process. After 14-21 days, a Count On Tools associate will follow up with the customer and offer our Feedback Survey for the trial period. This survey is highly recommended, but not required.

  5. MAXIMUM RETAIL VALUE: To ensure that as many customers as possible receive the opportunity to take advantage of our Free Nozzle Promotion, Count On Tools has limited the retail value of the sample product giveaway. Customers have the opportunity to choose their sample nozzle as long as it is less than $150 (one hundred and fifty dollars) USD retail value. Any customer that chooses a nozzle that doesn’t meet this requirement will be given the opportunity to change their product to one that meets the requirements or pay the difference before the entry becomes invalid. Count On Tools reserves the right to acknowledge or discredit a customer’s choice for their sample nozzle for this promotion based on the retail value of the product.

Limit one entry per address/company. Multiple entries will be allowed under the discretion of the Sponsor. No responsibility is assumed for lost, late, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, or illegible entries; or for any computer, telephone, cable, network, satellite, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, availability or garbled or jumbled transmissions, or service provider/Internet/web site/use net accessibility or availability, traffic congestion, or unauthorized human intervention, or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry or other information, or the failure to capture any such information.

Count On Tools, Inc. reserves the right to update or change any of the rules and regulations related to this promotion at any time during the promotional period, including early termination.
