Quality Control:
Count-On Tools operates to a Quality System that meets the requirements of ISO 9001: 2001
As a result of our commitment to Manufacturing Excellence, we ensure that every single product has been manufactured in strict accordance with the Quality System, and assessed against pre-defined Quality Control acceptance parameters at every stage through the production process.
The development of acceptance parameters for Quality Control purposes is based upon a combination of in-house expertise and performance feedback received from customer "Field Trials" that all Count-On Tools products undergo during development.
Dimensions and tolerances must be precisely measured to ensure specifications are met before delivery to the customer. In today's competitive world of achieving high efficiency, economical products, and quick turnaround times, final product acceptance requires optimization of measurement processes. A highly automated coordinated measuring machine (CMM) offers such a process.
All Employees have gone through extensive training both on the job and off, in Quality Control ISO 9001:2001 standards, Machining Techniques, Mathematical Integration, Gauge Reading, Print Identifying/Tolerances, CNC Control/Programming and on site safety training. A good number of Employees have also been trained on our extensive CAD/CAM design workstations, which include: Solid Works, Surfcam 3D, Part Maker, and more.
