Pictured below are photos of some the precision machined components that we've made over the past year – plastic and aluminum machining components and brass and stainless steel turned parts, among others.
At Count On Tools, we have a wide range of CNC Swiss machining capabilities, from short runs (1-1000 parts) to long runs (10,000+) and everything in between. We can do small diameter parts (.125") and large diameter parts (1.625"). In short, if you're looking for a CNC Swiss machine company to produce your high volume custom machined parts, look no further.

Stainless steel turned parts and brass, plastic, and aluminum machining
The material most common in our job shop is 303 stainless steel, but on a daily basis you'll find us running brass, aluminum, tellurium copper, cold rolled steel, 316 and 17-4 stainless, plastics, and even some nickel alloys.
We offer a variety of small job shop services and materials.
High volume precision machined components
The best kind of job for us is a high volume, complex part in a free machining material (303, brass, TeCu) under 5/8" diameter.
Short run, blanket order custom machined parts
We also do many short run jobs, either on our CNC Swiss screw machines or on our CNC lathe. Often we'll do prototypes that lead to production runs. Most of our jobs are blanket orders. This means that the customer can get a volume discount, but receive precision machined components over 12 months, minimizing inventory. For example, you could order 12,000 pieces, but schedule them to be delivered in lots of 1,000 over the next year. We're flexible too, so if you find that you need to skip a month or pull in a delivery early, we'll make every effort to meet your requirements.
